Our Future
The vibrant, ethnically diverse Catholic Community of St. Patrick has grown by almost 35 percent since its 50 anniversary in 1993. The 2009 needs assessment exposed serious facility limitiations, which are addressed in our Master Plan.
• Given the results of the Needs Assessment in the spring of 2009 and ongoing
refinements based on extensive community input, an integrated Master Plan
that unifies the design of all facilities and requirements for future generations was
developed. Through the input of many parishioners, and the recommendation of the
Institiute of School and Parish Development (ISPD), the need for a capital campaign
was determined. An attainable budget was determined with the help of the
September 2009 Financial Feasibility Study.
• The total cost of our Master Plan, based on construction data estimated in 2011
dollars is $25 million. This Master Plan will be phased in over time.
