Registration

Admission Policy
Registration will be prioritized based on the following criteria:
• Age and/or developmental readiness of the child
  (child must be 5 years old by September 1st for Kindergarten; 6 years old by
  September 1st for 1st grade; 7 years old by September 1st for 2nd grade.)
• Siblings of present students
• Registered parishioners of St. Patrick Parish
  (registered by December 31st of the prior calendar year).
• New registrants are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee
  at the time of registration

New Students
All applicants grades K-1 will be tested and accepted on a quarterly trial period. Grades 2-8 will be required to submit most recent reportcard, state test results and letter of recommendation. No registration will be accepted without Baptismal Certification and/or Birth Certificate. Children transfering from another school are to bring their report cards from that school. Health records are requested from the previous school by registrar.

Tour the Campus
Starting in December, tours are available every Friday morning at 8:30am. Please contact the Registrar, Cynthia Orozco, at 760-729-1333 ext.105 or corozco@stpaddys.org if you are interested in visiting the campus.

Registration Timeline
New applicants only:
November 14, 2011 - Preliminary application packet available
March 22, 2012 - Kindergarten Round-up meeting (mandatory) at 6:00 p.m. Room 7B
March 30 and March 31, 2012 - Kindergarten testing
April 19, 2012 - Testing for grades 1 at 3:15 p.m.

Returning Families:
March 2, 2012 - Registration packets distributed to returning families
March 12, 2012 - Registration packets due
