ADMISSION POLICY

Registration  will be prioritized based on the following criteria

  • Age and/or developmental readiness of the child (child must be 5 years old by September 1st for Kindergarten; 6 years old by September 1st for 1st grade; 7 years old by September 1st for 2nd grade.)

  • Siblings of present students

  • Registered parishioners of St. Patrick Parish (registered by December 31st of the prior calendar year).

  • New registrants are required to pay the non-refundable registration fee at the time of registration

NEW STUDENTS

All applicants grades K-8 will be tested and accepted on a quarterly trial period. No registration will be accepted without Baptismal Certification and/or Birth Certificate. Children transfering from another school are to bring their report cards from that school. Health records are requested from the previous school by registrar.

TOUR THE CAMPUS

Kindergarten Fee of $350 will be added to your tuition and may be paid over an 11 month period.

A PTG (Parent Teacher Group) Fee of $25 will be payable upon acceptance.

A Financial Participation Fee of $250 can be paid by allocating your Scrip rebates to the school (see Scrip link for details). Any balance remaining from Scrip rebates must be paid by May 30, 2011.


*To receive the discounted rate, you must be a member of St. Patrick Parish Church, you must be contributing monetarily by use of the parish envelopes and attend mass regularly, between January 1 and December 31 of the prior calendar year.

Non-Catholics are included in the standard rates. Tuition may be paid over an 11 month period, or paid in full by July 1, 2010.
